Pricing Information for

Encaustic Basics & Beyond Workshops:

Total tuition: $1,690

course fee: $1,450 (includes $275 non-refundable deposit)

materials fee: $240

Note: You will not be billed for workshop tuition until your space is confirmed.

To enroll, please fill out and submit your registration form.

 

Classes fill up fast and space is limited. Registration does not guarantee placement (But know that we will do our best to get you into your workshop).

 

Once your registration form is submitted we will follow up with a confirmation email and let you know if your requested space is open. 

If a spot is available, we will send you further instructions for a deposit payment via PayPal along with more information about your upcoming workshop.

 

If the class you are applying for is full, we will notify you and automatically add your name to the wait list (Openings often pop-up, so don't get too discouraged if your dates are full!).

CANCELLATION & LIABILITY POLICIES 
Your non-refundable deposit of $275.00 is due within 2 business days of receiving your initial invoice to complete registration and confirm your spot.

Participants will receive a 100% refund of all payments collected to date including any non-refundables if a workshop is cancelled by Alicia Tormey Studios, INC. Alicia Tormey Studios, INC. is not liable for any additional expenses incurred, including, but not limited to; airfare, transportation, accommodations, etc., if the workshop is cancelled for any reason.

 

Student cancellations made more then 8 weeks prior to your workshop start date will be refunded, less the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made 8 weeks or less from workshop start date are 100% non-refundable.

A 50% refund of total payments collected, less the non-refundable deposit, may be issued if your space can be filled by an alternate student. Refunds are issued 30 days after full payment has been processed from the alternate student. 

 

No shows are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

 

50% of your remaining tuition balance is due 16 weeks prior to your workshop start date.

Your total tuition balance is due 8 weeks prior to your workshop start date. Please refer to the due dates provided on your invoice.

 

Upon submitting payment, you hold Alicia Tormey Studios, INC. free from any liability in the event of loss or accidental injury.
