Ground transport to Galway leaving Burren College of art at 11 AM

As we get closer to the retreat we will provide you specifics and a map with the shuttle pick-up location along with our local contact information.

There are two recommended options to get to Galway from Dublin via bus or train:

https://www.rome2rio.com/map/Dublin-Airport-DUB/Galway-Coach-Station#r/Bus/s/0

From the Dublin airport, you can take a bus to the Galway Coach Station OR you can take a taxi or bus from the airport into the city to Heuston Train Station and catch a train to Galway Train Station. The Galway Train Station is adjacent to the Coach station where the shuttle to Burren will pick us up.

The coach and train station has luggage storage if you arrive in Galway early and want to explore the town before pick-up.

You are welcome to arrange your own transportation to the Burren College of Art, but we do recommend arriving with the group as it is the most straightforward and economical method to get to the venue. If you do choose to make your own way to the College please let us know so you are accounted for. The address for the Burren College of Art is -  Newtown Castle, Newtown, Ballyvaughan, Co. Clare, H91 H299, Ireland.
