This is the time to focus on you, creating art...and discovering your artistic voice.
I welcome you to join me in my studio for a personalized creative learning experience in a safe, supportive
and inspiring atmosphere.
As enjoyable as a group workshop can be, there truly is no substitute for a one-on-one learning experience. This holds true especially when it comes to the creative process.
I can only offer a limited number of Private Studio Sessions for 2019. I have a heavy schedule coming with a solo show and some very special extended workshops planned for the year ahead. This means that there won't be as many opportunities this year for one-on-one sessions but I will try to get you into the studio for some encaustic time. It also means you should secure your desired session dates as early as possible .
That being said, I would love to get you into the studio for your Private Encaustic Session so scroll down if you want to nab one of the limited spaces.

A handful of Private sessions each month will be booked from February to June of 2019. Please Fill out the request form below so we can get you into the system. Once you register, my workshop coordinator will respond with date options for your session. Once your session date has been confirmed be sure to submit your deposit right away to guarantee your spot.
We can not hold spaces for more than 48 hours.
You may Select a 1-Day or a 2-Day Private Session period.
Your spot will only be confirmed once your deposit has been paid. Registration does not automatically secure your time slot.
Required Deposits:
For a 1-Day Private a nonrefundable deposit of $200 is required.
For a 2-Day Private a nonrefundable deposit of $300 is required.
Private sessions take place from 10am to 5pm in my Seattle studio and slots are filled on a first come first served basis.
Everything is provided for you during your private session including all of your encaustic supplies and materials. If you wish to work on a special project or larger panels, your materials fee will be adjusted accordingly.

CANCELLATION & LIABILITY POLICIES
Four weeks notice required for cancellations.
Payments are partially refundable if notice is given 4 weeks prior to class start date.
There is a NON REFUNDABLE deposit with Private Session enrollment.
A nonrefundable deposit of $200 for a 1-Day and $300 for a 2-Day is required to reserve your spot with balance due 6 weeks prior to your start date.
Cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to class start date are NON REFUNDABLE
Four weeks notice required for cancellation.
No shows are non-refundable and non transferable.
If a workshop is canceled you will receive a full refund. Alicia Tormey Studios,LLC is not responsible for any travel related fees if your workshop is canceled.
Upon submitting payment, you hold Alicia Tormey Studios,LLC
free from any liability in the event of loss or accidental injury.
